Something New

We covered a wedding a few months ago which was one of the most fun weddings we’ve been to. The bride and groom (also friends of ours) completely in love, the decoration was beautiful with lots of details between modern and vintage chic, the bride’s dress and headpiece were perfect and the mood overall was incredible!

The ceremony was beautiful and the party so much fun! but is the details that make any celebration out of the box right?. In this one wedding the groom who is the lead singer of the Venezuelan band “Los Amigos Invisibles” sang to the bride in front of the whole crowd one their songs as a couple! (nothing could be more romantic than this) everyone was thrilled!

Its this kind of personal, romantic details that make people happy! I always tell my Hubby that I can see it everyday thanks to my mom and dad, who have been together for 33 years now and when you ask them about the secret, the 3 things they tell you that have worked for them are, love, patience and details!! They are so cute together, and its that kind of relationship where you can almost say they’re boyfriend and girlfriend instead of a long lasting marriage, which defines the true meaning of hard work, love and perseverance.

Leaving a little note in the mornings, cooking a special meal just because, flowers to tell your love you think about them all the time. Sing a song together, have date nights everytime you can! It doesn’t have to be something fancy, just have that special person in your life feel that they are truly special to you every time you can! This is what makes people really happy! It’s in the little things! Little things everyday and a lifetime full of happiness and love will wait for you for sure! It’s just obvious this works (mom and dad 33 years together, grandma and grandpa 63 years ;)
